Brad, former SVP of North America for Lovehoney Group, has 15+ years of experience managing $150M+ P&Ls and building brands across Europe and the Americas. Brad is an expert in driving results through B2C ecommerce, SEO, CRM, and marketplace strategies. With a technical background, private equity expertise, and an MBA from UC Berkeley, Brad optimizes marketing and eCommerce through data-driven insights.

Ericka is a marketing leader with 20+ years of experience across sexual wellness and Fortune 50 technology brands. She’s led award-winning campaigns, managed a $650M U.S. eCommerce business, and directed $200M+ digital channels. Known for blending creativity, strategic insights, and a customer-focused approach, she delivers innovative marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and lasting impact.

How It All Began

Our Founders began collaborating over 20 years ago at Dell Technologies, leading global online transformation and growth. They went on to hold executive roles—Ericka in marketing, brand, and campaign management, and Brad in DTC, marketplace, and retail growth.

Reuniting at Lovehoney, the world’s largest sexual wellness brand, they led the North American business. Recognizing untapped potential in the industry, they combined their complementary expertise and decades of experience to drive results for this unique market.
